Artichoke (bottoms)
Cooking suggestion

Fry a diced onion in butter. Add minced meat and cook until it turns brownish.
Add some frozen Farm Fresh peas and carrots and mix.
Put frozen artichoke bottoms in a pot, add hot water and boil for 5 minutes. Place the artichoke bottoms in a baking dish and fill them with above meat mixture.
Add tomato sauce on top of each artichoke bottom and pour more sauce in the baking dish.
Garnish with some grated cheese if preferred and bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Okra
Cooking suggestion:

Brown medium size sliced onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
Add ½ kg cubed meat and cook.
Put frozen okra into pot, add salt ,pepper, juice of ½ lemon ,1 table spoon tomato paste ,garlic,1/2 green peeper chopped,2 cups of water.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
   
 
Mixed Vegetables
Cooking suggestion:

Brown medium size sliced onion in butter.
Add ½ kg cubed meat. Brown 10 minutes over medium heat .
Add 1cup of water and 1 tablespoon  tomato paste, bring to boil ,stir in frozen mixed vegetables, add salt and pepper.
Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.
   
 
Peas
Cooking suggestion:

Brown medium size sliced onion in butter.
Add ½ kg cubed meat.
Brown 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add 1cup of water and 1 tablespoon tomato paste, bring to boil ,stir in frozen peas, add salt and pepper .Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.
   
 
Molokhia
Cooking suggestion:
Add frozen Molokhia to 2-3cups of boiling broth.
Add salt, pepper, bring to boil.
Brown 6 garlic cloves in 1 tablespoon of butter adding a pinch of coriander add
to molokhia.
Cook 2 minutes and serve with cooked rice.
