Peas and Carrots
Cooking suggestion:
Brown medium size sliced onion in butter. Add ½ kg cubed meat .Brown 10 minutes over medium heat .Add 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon tomato paste, bring to boil, stir in frozen Peas and Carrots , add salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.

   
 
Broad (Fava) Beans
Cooking suggestion:

Brown medium size sliced onion in butter.
Put frozen broad beans into pot, add salt, peper, 1tablespoon tomato paste, 1cup boiling water.
Stir and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
   
 

Green beans
Cooking suggestion:

Brown medium size sliced onion in butter. Add ½ kg cubed meat .Brown 10 minutes over medium heat .Add 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon tomato paste, bring to boil, stir in frozen Green beans and add salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.


   
 
Spinach
Cooking suggestion:

Fry grated onions in a bowl with a tablespoon of butter until golden, add minced meat, and then add salt and tomato sauce and finally frozen spinach to cook all the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, fry 5-6 crushed garlic cloves in butter add minces green coriander and put the spinach. Serve with rice.


   
 
Colcasia (Taro Roots)
Cooking suggestion:

Put frozen colcasia in to 4 cups of boiling water with chicken stock cube.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 4 minutes. Fry some garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter, put the mixture package and stir over low heat.
Add to the colcasia. Serve with rice.

Sweet Corn Cobs
Cooking suggestion:
- Put the corn in a pot filled with water on the stove.
- Boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Take corn out and add salt , butter and spices.
